Bill Dycus hails originally from western North Carolina
(USA), proving the old adage that you can take the hillbilly out of the
mountains, but you can’t take his chausson aux pommes without a
knock-down drag-out fight. This ex-expat currently resides in Oklahoma
City, but his heart is still in Paris. He goes back to visit it
whenever he can.
